Bridge Marketing, the premier provider of marketing automation services, today announced the acquisition of Motrixi Media Group, a leading mobile programmatic ad buying and Data Company.
The acquisition of Motrixi, with its focus on mobile data and mobile ad serving, will further accelerate Bridge and its clients’ marketing efforts across all media platforms. The integration of Motrixi’s mobile capabilities will enhance Bridge’s targeting database and allow clients to reach consumers across all screens. Combined with this mobile ad serving technology, Bridge’s data expertise will enable its clients to reach their customers with a unique multi-channel experience not seen anywhere else in the industry.

Motrixi’s operations, creative and technology teams have joined Bridge in the acquisition, including two members of Motrixi’s management team that have joined Bridge’s management team.
Atif Kahn, formerly VP of Technology at Epsilon and CTO of Motrixi, will join Bridge as its first ever Chief Technology Officer. David Meier, who held senior leadership roles in Product Management and Client Services at Epsilon and was Motrixi’s COO, will join Bridge as Head of Digital Products and Services.
