Here’s our full privacy policy.
On January 1st, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) goes into effect. CCPA is a new law that gives California consumers increased control and transparency over the personal information companies collect about them. In accordance to our commitment to privacy and data ethics, BRIDGE is pleased to announce our full compliance with CCPA.
BRIDGE champions an ethical data collection and use framework that promotes transparency, control, and consent for consumers while enabling respected brands to provide more relevant marketing to these same people.
We don't guess. We start with verified U.S. adults at confirmed postal addresses, then link them to consent-based registrations. We confirm, audit and validate identity across multiple sources to ensure accuracy—never selling, storing, or sharing credit, health, or financial data. Every audience is built on real people with permission-based data, privacy-compliant and ethically sourced.
BRIDGE is fully compliant with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Protect Against Data Fraud Act (PADFA), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the U.S. Department of Justice Bulk Data Rule. But our view on privacy goes beyond the current framework.
Consumers trust brands that safeguard their data. We've always prioritized privacy and data security, and our SOC 2 certification is a testament to our ongoing dedication.
